ZUMBA is back !!
This year, we have two categories, Adult Zumba and Kids Zumba!

Adults Zumba :
Zumba is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. A total workout combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious does of awesome each time you leave class !
You will burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance and World ryhthms. The best part of it all is that it doesn’t even feel like exercise !
Everyone is welcome ages 16 and up

Kids Zumba :
Perfect for our younger fans of ages 6 – 10 years old who get the chance to be actuve and jam out to their favourite music. Zumba Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography into the class structure. Physical activity through dance helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination and cultural awareness.

Session 1 :
Sunday: Adult Zumba – September 8 – October 20   1:00pm – 1:45pm
Sunday: Kids Zumba – September 8 – October 20   2:00pm – 3:00pm

Session 2 :
Sunday: Adult Zumba – October 27 – December 8   1:00pm – 1:45pm
Sunday: Kids Zumba – October 27 – December 8   2:00pm – 3:00pm

Fee: $30 Session Fee

A current community association membership is required for registration.
