Adults Zumba :
Join our Zumba class for a fun, groovy, and uplifting workout experience! Designed for ages 12+, this high-energy session will get your cardio in, your blood pumping, and your spirits lifted. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned dancer, you’ll love the vibrant atmosphere and the feel-good vibes. Dance to infectious beats, burn calories, and enjoy every moment as you groove your way to fitness!
Everyone is welcome ages 12 and up
** Ages 12-17 years old can attend when accompanied by an adult 18+ years **
Location: Saint Mary’s Elementary School – 140 McIntosh Street North, Regina, SK S4R 4Z8
WINTER 2024 Session 1 : 6 classes $30.00
Sunday: Adult Zumba – January 12 to February 23 2:00pm – 3:00pm
WINTER 2024 Session 2 : 8 classes $40.00
Sunday: Adult Zumba – March 2 to May 4 2:00pm – 3:00pm
Registration : OPEN
Fee: $30 – $40 Session Fee
Drop In Classes are AVAILABLE for those who want to try out the program or pick certain dates that they can participate in the class.
You must register online for any Drop In Classes. If you are unable to register online, please contact 2023nrgi@gmail.com
You must sign up for a NRG Membership in order to register for your FIRST Drop In Class, after that, you may select any Drop In Classes.
NRG Memberships are $10 and is valid for one year, from September 2024 to August 2025
A current community association membership is required for registration.
