Exercise and Wellness Program

Forever in Motion is a health program that helps older adults become/stay physically active.

A current community association membership is required for registration.

It aims to improve and/or maintain the health of older adults.

  • Free to Register, with required current community association membership (which must be physically presented at the first session).
  • Bring bottled water.
  • Bring hand weights (1 – 5 kg) if you have them.

Thursday: 1:30 – 2:45 pm

Thursday: 9:30 am – 10:30 am
Location: New Hope Lutheran Church – 370 McIntosh Street N, Regina, SK S4R 5A1

Registration: OPEN
Dates: September 11 – December 18, 2025  ONLY.      May to June registration not open yet.
Ages: 18+ years

NRGI is the Normanview Residents Group, a community association in North West Regina.

The community association’s boundaries are the CNR right of way on the south, 9th Avenue North on the north, between McIntosh Street (even-numbered residences) on the east, and McCarthy Boulevard (odd-numbered residences) on the west.
